Modifying Default Settings - Part 3 - Miscellaneous
A label made with new default settings can be saved (Function FILE)
and retrieved. Even if the default settings on the machine have
since been changed, the saved label will retain the default settings
in effect when it was saved.
When a saved label is retrieved, the default settings for that label
become the new default settings for the machine.
User's Manual Note: with version 1.04 it is not possible to use
the LS250 as described in the second point of the Notes on page
59 -- Paragraph 5.1 - GET, which describe how to get a file from
memory.
When the Brady LS250 is connected to a PC, labels will automatically
use the new default settings, even if they are not specified in
the file on the PC.
To return to the intial default settings:
a) Press the "Fn" and "S"
keys are the same time. The following message will appear: DEFAULT=SET.
b) Use the left or right arrow keys
to select the "CLEAR" option and then push the ENTER key.
